After a sudden turn of events, the Conners are forced to face the daily struggles of life in Lanford in a way they never have before. This iconic family - Dan, Jackie, Darlene, Becky and D.J. - grapples with parenthood, dating, an unexpected pregnancy, financial pressures, aging and in-laws in working-class America. Through it all, the fights, the coupon cutting, the hand-me-downs, the breakdowns - with love, humor and perseverance, the family prevails.

About John Goodman… Then and Now
His is one of those great American Dreams. When he began as one of the stars of The original Roseanne series he was not very well known. But because of his immense popularity and amazing acting presence after the series finished he filmed such amazing films as The Big Lebowski, O Brother Where Art Thou, Monsters Inc. Skull Island. After his film career took off he did not often work in TV… the last time being around 2013 in Alpha House….And now he’s back to his Roseanne Roots.
About Sara Gilbert…Then and Now
Sara played Darlene Conner. After The Roseanne Show ended she did smaller films like Desert Blue, Usher, and Light it Up Also in 2000 high fidelity… then back to her TV roots… Welcome to New York, 24, ER and Twins… and after about 15 years she’s thankfully back on Roseanne.
About Michael Fishman … Then and Now.
Though you might not have known it … he was still in H.S. when Roseanne ended in 1997. After that he continued in acting for a bit in Seinfeld and Texas Ranger. Then acting took a back seat to working at job ons behid the scenes jobs of TV and Film. Then he got married and had to take care of his new family.
